Dispatch Times / Delivery Policy
We dispatch orders daily Monday to Friday by 1st Class post. We will aim to dispatch your item(s) the same or next working day. If you require your item urgently please do contact us on the e-mail above and we will do our best to ensure your item is dispatched the same day.
We send all our parcels by Royal Mail 1st class post or Royal Mail International Airmail. These standard services do not require a signature on delivery and are not trackable. If you would like a signature on delivery and/or would like your parcel tracked then please select the "signed for" option upon selecting your postage method during checkout. Although the majority of customers receive their orders quickly, Royal Mail do state that parcels could take approximately 14 working days and is not considered 'lost' until after this time.

All orders are dispatched in completely plain plastic bags omitting any logos or company names.
We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase but if you want to return an item, due to the nature of the products we sell we are only able to accept returns if the item is returned unopened in it's orginal packaging. If an item is faulty we are happy to offer a replacement .

Please note that where a refund is given this will be for the full purchase price of the product excluding postage and packaging charges.
Should you choose to exchange a product that is not faulty then we will have to recharge you the original shipping costs. This is a real cost to our company and not a profit therefore the postage to resend goods to you will need to be charged.

Please ensure you obtain a certificate of posting or send the item 'signed for' when returning items, as any loss can then be recovered by you from Royal Mail.

Please note that we aim to dispatch orders received by 4pm Monday to Friday, on the same day, therefore if you want to cancel your order please contact Legs Eleven Heaven on the e-mail below with immediate effect.
In the event that your order is cancelled by you:
1/ Before your order is dispatched - you will receive a full refund, including postage and packaging, please note your refund will be issued immediately but may take up to 5 working days to appear in your bank account.
2/ After your order has been dispatched - upon recept of the returned goods (sent back to Legs Eleven Heaven at your cost). You will receive a full refund excluding postage and packaging.
This Privacy Policy describes the information we collect and how we use that information. Legwear Studio takes the privacy of your personal information very seriously and will use your information only in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy. We will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information or a list of our customers to third parties. Legwear Studio does not store your card details, any financial information taken over the telephone to process an order will be destroyed.

To purchase products on this site you must provide your name, address, phone number, and email address. In order to make certain payments through PayPal, Debit / Credit Card or Google Checkout you must provide your card or bank account information.
You are also welcome to pay by either cheque or postal order. This option shows on screen when you are placing your order. When you pick the "send a cheque" option, the address and all the relevant details are displayed for you.
The payment from your credit or debit card will be taken by Payments.Pro. They have achieved the highest level of compliance under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI). They adhere to the most stringent levels of fraud screening, and ensure that your details remain secure throughout the transaction process.
